As 2013 comes to end, it is natural to look back at the year you’ve had and reflect. I try to take stock of all that I have been blessed with in life, think about what I’d do the same and what I’d want to do differently. Naturally, I am doing the same thing with Teach Me 2 Save. After all, it is an extension of me and my life.
Being that we are on this journey together, I wanted to share the direction I plan (and hope) for Teach Me 2 Save. It is my hope that Teach Me 2 Save will be a motivator and a resource for helping you save in ALL areas of life. That means some slight changes to the types of posts you’ll be seeing (I am sure you have noticed quite a few by now).
While I do believe in the value of saving money, Teach Me 2 Save is so much more than a place to get coupons and deals.
At Teach Me 2 Save, we believe that an educated consumer makes for a savvy consumer. That’s why we’ll continue sharing our experiences with Life, Travel, Food, Crafts, Events, Movie Reviews and Product Reviews. By doing so, we feel that we will help you “Save” you Time, Money and Sanity (and how can you put a price on Sanity?).
Don’t worry. When it comes to the posts, I will try to maintain a “saving” money spin on it (when applicable). The reality is that sometimes you save in one area to splurge on something else, so you’ll also see posts on here for some not so budget savvy travel, food, crafts, etc. – Sometimes we have to live a little too!
If there is anything you’d like me to focus on in addition to what I have mentioned above, I’d love to hear from you. I am always open to ideas.
As I grow and learn from life, so will my blog. I thank you for being on this journey with me and I hope you stay on it with me. I look forward to all that 2014 has in store for Teach Me 2 Save!
