When you think Peppermint, Christmas automatically comes to mind…well at least for me anyways. I still can’t believe that Christmas is almost here! With all that I have left to do, I need to plan my time accordingly to make sure that I balance accomplishing everything on my to do list and spending quality time with my family, which is most important. One of the things on my to do list is preparing goodies for all of the Christmas festivities we will be attending and considering time restraints, I like the idea of being able to go to the store and buying a Holiday treat knowing that it won’t cost me a fortune and that it is yummy everyone will enjoy it. I am not adventurous when it comes to food and I usually stick to what I know but when my family and I tried the Peppermint Pie we were glad we opted to give it a shot because it was yummy. My mom and hubby assumed that the peppermint would be over powering but it wasn’t…It was just right! Not to mention, the cookie crumb pie crust, whipped cream and chocolate shavings that make it extra delicious.

Marie Callender’s Peppermint Pie is perfect for the Holidays! Not only because of its flavor but because of its convenience. We like pies, I just can’t imagine taking the time to bake a pie and knowing me, I’ll find a way to mess it up. Plus, why would I spend all my time in the Kitchen baking when I can get a pie that tastes really good.
