Treat those special ladies in your life to a Lavish Mother’s Day Brunch at NYY Steak at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek!
On Sunday, May 11th from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. the Moms in your life can indulge in a fresh seafood station, salad station, pancake station, egg and omelet station, dual carving stations, a variety of hot dishes, a dessert, ice cream and pastry station, as well as freshly made mimosas and a bloody Mary bar at NYY Steak. Brunch includes two complimentary mimosas or Grey Goose Bloody Mary’s (per adult 21 and up).
Seafood Station…
It will feature cocktail shrimp, Jonah crab claws, Alaskan king crab, freshly shucked Atlantic and Pacific oysters, smoked salmon and whitefish.
Salad Station…
Salads can be made to order, including a classic Caesar salad and chopped salad.
Dual carving station…
It will have slow cooked pork prime rib and charred beef tenderloin.

Fresh house made NYY steak bacon and sausage, made by the in-house butcher, grilled black grouper over herb quinoa with citrus honey, crème brule French toast with fresh berries drizzled with dark chocolate, smoked lobster eggs benedict, braised short rib over root vegetable hash, seared Chilean sea bass with lentils, tomato, bacon and herbs and lamb loin chops over goat cheese and strawberry risotto with chocolate balsamic gastrique.
Dessert, ice cream and pastry station…
It will include a decadent selection of cakes, brownies, mousses and pops, as well as chocolate dipped strawberries, pastries, muffins, NYY specialty ice creams and shakes and made to order strawberry short cake.
