My hubby always has a bluetooth in his ear so when I received the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone for review I knew he’d be the perfect one to do this review. Plus, he needed a hands-free in the car so it worked out perfectly.
Jabra is known for their Bluetooth speakerphones and other similar devices and it recently introduced its new product the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone. I have tried my fair share of Bluetooth speakerphones and hands-free devices and usually they are over hyped and I feel disappointed after a while. After that I just conform and use the gadget for its main function which is, as its name suggests, making cell phone calls “hands-free”. However, I can finally say that I don’t have to worry about that anymore thanks to the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone.
I have seen these kinds of Bluetooth speakerphones before and they tend to offer almost the same features, but the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone has some enhancements that make it more unique. Some of these enhancements include 3 speakers with Virtual Surround sound to provide better stereo audio quality and a dual mic that helps reduce ambient noise. It works s well that while I was headed home and using the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone, there was a loud thunderstorm and the person I was speaking to said that I was coming through clearly. Even on my end, it was coming through clearly despite all the noise generated from the bad weather. It is also equipped with a motion sensor that turns the device on when you get inside the car so that is one less thing you need to worry about.
Another useful feature of the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone is that it supports voice commands for making, answering, ending and rejecting calls. Truly making it a hands free device. Plus, it is also can connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at the same time and is good for 14 hours of talk time and up to 40 hours of standby time.
So far I am loving the Jabra Freeway In Car Speakerphone.
