I guess it is true what they say “Time flies when you are having fun”! I can’t believe that it has been 5 years since my first post went live on TeachMe2Save.com
I love what I do and give thanks for what it has allowed me to do for my family. In these last 5 years, I have been blessed to be able to experience and share some amazing moments on the blog.
Moments…I couldn’t even have fathomed when I first started.
Moments…I still can’t believe. Moments I’ll treasure forever.
Moments…That have forever changed who I am today.
* In this last year alone, I was able to go on a cruise with my family, go to Turks & Caicos with my hubby and travel to India where I saw firsthand how they are empowering women (I also got to visit the Taj Mahal while I was there).
It hasn’t always been easy but it has definitely been worth it! It’s been a long journey filled with laughter, frustration, achievements and disappointments. I’ve traveled, tried new things, made new friends, learned from others and about myself and tried my best to help others along the way. It has been life changing!
While I had no idea what I was doing when I first got started (and sometimes even now), all I knew is that I wanted to help people. 5 years later, that is still 1 of my goals. Another one of my goals is to create as many memories with my family as possible; not only so that I can cherish them forever and make the most of the time I have with them but also to inspire others to do the same.
I am humbled by the grace God has shown my family and I in this adventure and I am excited to see what else God has in store for us. The last 5 years have been incredible and I couldn’t have done it without all of the support from you all. I hope you’ll continue on this journey with me.
