If one of your New Years Resolutions is to get in better shape, drinking a lot of water throughout the day is key. Oh, and not just every once in a while, it needs to be done every single day. Trust me, I know that drinking a lot of water and keeping track of it all is easier said than done. However, fear not because a water intake log can help (more on that in a sec).
Drinking water isn’t an issue for me, drinking enough of it is. We are supposed to drink about 64 ounces a day/ (8) 8oz cups. So, my goal this year is to drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water every day. What’s your goal?

Once it you’ve printed out your copy, write in the month at the top pf the page. Then you simply check off the amount of 8oz. cups of water you drink as you go throughout your day. Each square represents an 8oz. glass of water which means you should be checking off all the squares within each day of the week.
