If one of your New Years Resolutions is to get in better shape, one of the key things in helping you achieve your goal is to drink a lot of water throughout the day…Every day. I know this is easier said than done for some of you (including myself).
I have no problem drinking water, but I tend to drink about 16 – 24 ounces in a day when we’re really supposed to drinking about 64 ounces a day/ (8) 8oz cups. So, my goal this year is to drink the 64 ounces of water. Keeping track of your water intake can get trickier once you pass 2 or 3 8oz cups (I know I won’t remember pass that point). In an effort to help you “Save” your sanity, I’ve gone ahead a put together a FREE Printable Water Intake Log you can use each to track your water consumption throughout the day, each month.
Once it you’ve printed out your copy, write in the month and then check off the amount of water you drink as you go throughout your day. Each square represents an 8oz. glass of water which means you should be checking off all the squares within each day of the week.
If you struggle at the beginning, it will get easier (or at least I am hoping that is the case.
