Not sure what I was thinking when I decided to take my 3 year old son to both Winn Dixie and Sam’s Club but I thought it could be done so I took that chance. We survived Winn -Dixie but my Sam’s Club left me extremely frustrated and upset. I went specifically for Milk, so I bought 3 gallons and got 2 other items; making it a total of 5 items and my toddler son in my shopping cart yet I found myself waiting in a LOOOONG line.

After 15-20 minutes of waiting in line (which included a stop at the bathroom because Caleb really had to go #1 and a stop at the food counter to get him some pizza because he was hungry), a lady, whom I assume was a supervisor, started sending the 2 customers behind me over there….leaving me behind 2 customers with alot of items in their carts.

Obviously frustrated and unhappy, I stated that she should have asked the next person in line instead of the 2 behind me. She then responded with a dismissive attitude that in that case the lady in front of me (with a bunch of items) would have been the one to go. Then spent the next few minutes speaking to her co-workers before I got the OK to go to the photo dept, where I still ended up waiting. GGGGRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happened to Customer Service? Why do they not have a 10 Items or Less Line? Why? Why? Why?

My plan is to contact corporate, not to complain but to make suggestions…

What bad customer service experiences have you had? how did you handle it? Did you contact corporate? Tell me….
