Airports are a place where you can “connect” with other people. Whether it’s for the first time, saying goodbye or reconnecting with someone again…it definitely brings people together. As I think about the many times I have been at the airport, I don’t recall making a life changing connection with someone new, although I have met some nice people. I have however bonded with people I have traveled with. One such time was with the mission team I went to Haiti with. Prior to boarding the flight to Haiti, it gave us the chance to hang out and get to know each other better and while at the airport in Haiti and in the flight back home we talked about all the fun we had and our experiences in Haiti. They were fun times and moments I won’t forget.

I am a romantic comedy type of Lady, so I love scenes in a movie that involve someone chasing after the love of their life at an airport before it is too late. Ever see a movie like that? Someone over paying for their ticket, getting stuck at security, running to the gate only to find that the plane is gone BUT they turn around and see him/her sitting there as if they knew?? Oh yeah, and all the while the most incredible love song is playing in the background. Too much detail? Sorry…I just love a good love story!

Because of my love for romance, the following New Sears Connecting Flights video intrigued me. It is super cute and it actually made me Laugh Out Loud. I couldn’t resist sharing it with you all…I hope it brings a smile to your face and maybe even makes you chuckle.
