We’ve done plenty of movie nights, but we have never done an outdoor viewing party. So, when Chevy reached out about partnering with them to host a Selena” The Series Outdoor Viewing Party on the Silverado, we were all in. Not only because it meant getting to drive this 2020 Silverado (which is an experience in itself) but also because it was an excuse to do enjoy a new experience with the family.

After shopping for most of the supplies we would need (mostly food), we lined the bed of the Silverado truck with comforters and pillows (because we are bougie like that), plugged in the projector using the truck’s outlet and set it up on my computer. We were officially ready for our Outdoor Viewing Party!

We ate way too much food, indulged in way too many sweets and had such a nice time together. Thankfully the weather cooperated, not just by not raining but also it was cool enough to enjoy being outside. It was a fun evening!!!

If you haven’t already done your own outdoor viewing party, I highly suggest you make one happen….just remember to go with the flow because things will go wrong. I mean, it is 2020 after all!
