This weekend my family and I are headed on over to Kissimmee, FL to stay at Westgate Resorts Town Center. What a nice way to spend Mother’s Day!
Although it’s only 1 mile away from Disney World’s gate, we’ll be enjoying the resort this time around. While I want to relax and not plan to much (which is the norm for me) I also want to check out the resorts amenities (because they have an extensive list of them). Here’s what I have in mind…I know we will definitely be swimming in 1 or more of their 13 heated outdoor pools and 13 hot tubs. We’ll also be checking out their miniature golf and their Disney movie theater and I am sure the kids will have us take them to the playground. I am also hoping that my kiddos and I can go for a bike ride.
I know my daughter wants to check out Westgate Kid’s Club because they get to enjoy video games, arts & crafts, board games and a few other things. Let’s see if my son wants to try it out (keeping fingers crossed).
I can’t wait to check and in see the room we’re staying in. Their rooms typically include a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony or patio, in-room washer and dryer, large screen television, jetted tub and more. Plus, some amazing views overlooking Lake Wilson.
They also have various onsite dining options, including Sid’s Bistro, Cordovano Joe’s Authentic New York Style Pizza, Joe’s Marketplace & Deli.
