When I last spoke about Light Bladder Leakage (LBL) in June of this year, I mentioned not having to deal with it personally and while that was true, that is starting to change. Yes, it’s true…with the fact that I have carried and given birth to 2 children and that I am now 35, my bladder is not what is used to be.
