My husband likes to be cold ALL the time especially at night when we are sleeping. That usually means that he puts the air way to low for everyone else in the house (The only time we didn’t disagree about the night time AC temperature was when I was pregnant). Don’t get me wrong, I understand that being too hot can prevent you from getting a good nights sleep. And cooling down at night, in bed, is not always that easy. Well, not before now, anyways.
Chillow is an affordable and easy way to cool off at night (without causing a rift at home…LOL), and to relieve aches and pains anytime.
What is a Chillow?
A Chillow is a cooling pad that continuously circulates water to absorb and release body heat. The Chillow will stay cooler than your body temperature providing much needed cooling, soothing comfort. Made of soft, medical grade, hypoallergenic material, the Chillow does not contain any gel, latex or Phthalates.
Perfect for relieving muscle aches, night sweats, headaches, sunburn, hot flashes, and even insect bits. The Chillow offers 4 different levels of cooling comfort. Each is easy to achieve and require no electricity or batteries.
The Chillow can be used as is, either on top of or inside your pillow for mild to medium strength cooling power, or it can be popped in the fridge for 15-30 minutes prior to use for the ultimate cooling experience.

Disclosure: I was provided with a Chillow in order to facilitate my review. ALL opinions are my own.
