Visiting Clearwater with my family is something I had wanted to do for a very long time. So, when my family and I were invited to stay at the Camelot Beach Resort, I was thrilled!

Camelot Beach Resort

We arrived late Friday night so we picked up our key from a secure box near the office and headed to our room on the second floor. Thankfully, we were greeted by a clean and welcoming room…

Their rooms are newly remodeled and feature fully equipped kitchens complete with granite counter tops, a microwave, gas stove, sink, fully stocked cabinets and it even has a coffee maker. You can even find a cooler, beach umbrella & volleyball in the closet.

* Every room is different. They offer 22 different room styles, 12 unique furniture themes, some of which include: Luxurious (the one we stayed in), Urban Modern, Romantic, Spacious, Family Friendly, Elegant, Intimate and Beachy.

…and yes, they have Free internet

The next morning we made sure to enjoy sugar sand beach for a little bit (since it is a short walk away…less than 100 yards) BUT we mostly hung out at the heated pool.

Not only do they have numerous deck chairs, there are tables you can use as well.  We actually just ordered lunch and ate it poolside. *The restaurants are close enough that you can walk to. Want to have a Bar-B-Q? You can do that too. There are 3 grills and additional tables & chairs on the roof.

Plus, if you need a pool towel or suntan lotion, they’ve got you covered.

Being that I am all about creating travel memories with the family, staying somewhere that accommodates my kiddos and offers ways to keep them happy and entertained is important. The Camelot Beach Resort is definitely kid friendly. They offer pool toys for your kiddos to enjoy along with video and board games that are available upon request. Plus, there is a park that is really close by.

All in all, we enjoyed our time at Camelot Beach Resort and look forward to going back!
