I LOVE Chips and Salsa! When I go eat at a Mexican Restaurant, I am not even sure why I buy a meal since I fill up on the chip and salsa (I always get a minimum of one refill).
After visiting Bailey Farms, I have a new found respect for Peppers and the ways they spice up a dish. I was on their website, checking out the various Recipes available to us and I stumbled upon a BellaFina Pepper Salsa Recipe. I knew I’d have to try it out. I like that it was meant to be served with Carne (meat) or Taquitos, so this was a nice way to spruce up an appetizer.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 BellaFina peppers
- 6 green onions
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp chopped arugula, basil, or parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon red chile flakes
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Remove the stem and seeds from the BellaFina peppers and then finely chop
- Thinly slice the green onions
- Combine all ingredients into a small bowl.
- Add Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Let me know how it works out for you when you try it out. What will you be serving it with?
I was provided a complimentary gift card by Monsanto to offset the ingredient costs for this recipe. No other compensation was received. All opinions expressed are my own.

Love good salsa recipes! Thank you!
Too Spicy for me, but my husband would love this. I don’t know why I like food with a lot of color

The bell peppers are sweet so it’s not really spicy…I love salsa 🙂
Thanks, I’ll give it a try!!!
Great! Let me know how it turns out
I love salsa and chips. Especially the hot stuff. It doesn’t really have to be too hot, I like the flavor to come through. I’m trying this. While I’m here, I made the Reese fudge. Excellent recipe. Thanks again!
Sounds and Looks delicious! Thanks for posting this fabulous recipe! I made you Barbeque Beef Kabobs and LOVED them! Thanks so much for another fabulous sounding recipe!
Yay! So glad that you liked the Barbeque Beef Shish Kabobs!!! I’m working on a Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with Chorizo Recipe that will go up next week 🙂
This looks yummy, I’ve never made my own salsa, but I’d love to give it a try. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
I live on Mexican food & love to make salsa from my garden, but this recipe is a bit different from any that I’ve made. I grew up in west Texas & my grandma was Mexican so I love the traditional salsas. No mango or strawberry salsas here!! Gonna save & try this.
I LOVE Mexican food! Let me know how it turns out for you 🙂
I love fresh salsas! I never would have thought to add arugula and apple cider vinegar to one. A nice peppery bite followed by a nice bitter taste. Sounds delicious.
