Never having been to Pittsburgh, getting to visit for the first time was really great. Although I am not a fan of cold weather, I didn’t mind because I was there to get a Behind the Scenes look at the Jurassic World Live Tour and watch the show. Plus, it meant I could cross Philadelphia off my bucket list.
Being a fan of the movies, I was interested in seeing how they were going to bring the films to life. I knew they would make it happen, especially with Steven Spielberg being involved, but they went above and beyond. Not only did they incorporate an actual gyrosohere (which I was able to ride in) but they also use a life size T-Rex in the show.
Your trip to Isla Nublar takes a terrifying turn after the Indominus rex escapes and causes chaos in the park! The adventure continues as you join forces with a team of scientists to unravel a corrupt plan and save Jeanie, an all-new dinosaur, from a terrible fate. Along the way, experience some of Jurassic World’s most iconic dinosaurs including Blue the Raptor, Triceratops, Pteranodons and the mighty Tyrannosaurus rex!
A couple of tips to help make this experience even better:
- For this show, the side seats are the best
- If your kiddos are major dinosaur fans, you’re going to want to get the floor seats for the full effect of the dinosaurs. They’ll be amazed.
Behind the Scenes Look at the Jurassic World Live Tour
I was able to spend the morning getting a behind the scenes look at this show. From learning about the audition process, to how they move the rigs, I learned so much about how they were able to bring these dinosaurs to life. But instead of me just telling you about it, I can show you. Take a look and enjoy…
