What do you get when you combine a Jim Gaffigan show at the Arsht Center and 2 great friends? A hilarious and Funtastic evening!!!
When I received the invitation to attend the Jim Gaffigan show, I could not wait to surprise my husband, Art, with it. I knew he’d love it because he loves comedy, not that you would be able to tell by watching a comedy movie with him. I have never understood how he can watch a comedy, barely laugh and then tell me he thought it was super funny…but I digress.
Art loved his gift and was excited! Not just because he enjoys comedy, but because he specifically likes Jim Gaffigan. I can see why though, Jim is so funny. I mean there is a reason why he is so successful.
Jim Gaffigan must be funny because Art actually laughed and during various parts of the show too. It was a Christmas miracle!!! Seriously though, we were all cracking up. In addition to being funny, I appreciate that it is a pretty clean show, well for the most part anyways. He isn’t raunchy or crude to get a laugh. The hour went by way too quickly but as they say, time flies when you are having fun.
We had a fun evening and if Jim Gaffigan should ever come back through our area, nwe will definitely be getting tickets to see his act again.
The Arsht Center has a lot of great shows coming up like Roald Dahl’s Charlie And The Chocolate Factory which I will be attending with my daughter.
