I had the opportunity to attend the The Ultimate Holiday Girl’s Night Out put on by InterviewHer.com and I was so glad that I was able to go!
Before you even walk through the front door you can have your photo taken….as though you were a celebrity.
Once inside there was an awesome photo booth that snaps 3 pictures of you in color or black and white and you get 2 sets right on the spot. You know people (including myself) took a bunch of pics in the booth (look below for the photos)
If you paid for the ticket that included a swag bag then you were in luck because it was filled with soooo many goodies, including jewelry, body oil, coconut water, Makeup Remover, PopChips, Hair Treatments and lots more.
There were various jewelry vendors there offering great discounts…I was instantly drawn to Fashionista On Wheels because not only were her pieces pretty but everything was half off! So I walked away with a few treats for myself, I just couldn’t resist!
And this was only downstairs……When you got upstairs, you could get your make up done for FREE, Equinox was offering free mini massages in addition to small bags of Lindt chocolate (which I love). They also had water bottles and fold-able bags they were giving away. I had cake pops and delicious cupcakes (which unfortunately I didn’t grab a business card for).
In one area Salon Vaso was set up and offering salon services for a discount. Nail polish change $5, Eyebrow threading for $10, Lip threading $5 & More.
I took advantage of the nail polish change (luckily I didn’t have the time to get my nails done before the event), so she filed my nails and painted them for only $5.
While I was there I noticed they were set up for Eyebrow & Lip Threading and I had always wanted to get my eyebrows threaded so I went to check it out. I had just had my eyebrows waxed so I decided to be brave and do the lip thread. I must admit that it was a bit painful (and that I wanted to cry….LOL) but I survived.
I also got to spend time with my Mom, Mari and her group of friends, I met Mrs. United States 2011 and I got to see Jewel
All that was missing was me winning a Raffle…LOL
I love that you are able to go to one place and enjoy time with your friends while taking advantage of great deals, Freebies & getting pampered. It also makes you feel good that part of your ticket fee went to a good cause.
If you have never gone I would suggest you go with a group of your friends next year. 🙂
