My family and I were invited to do some back to school shopping at Disney Springs. However, all opinions of our experience are my own.

It is very rare that I can get the whole family to go shopping together and if by chance I can make that happen, 2 of us (the men) aren’t very excited about going and it can’t take all day. However, we did just that a few weeks ago at Disney Springs. We were there for a full day and not only were we able to cross some items off of our back to school shopping list but we had fun in the process (as you can see in the short video below).

With 150 retailers, some of which are only exclusive to Disney Springs, there is a lot for your family to experience while you are there. Whether for back to school or for any special event, you can customize your child’s look (and your own) all in one place.

While our shopping included must have items, we also made it a point to stop by the shops that were just for fun. Of course, that included The Lego Store and World of Disney (the World’s largest Disney store).

In between shopping, we enjoyed a nice lunch that allowed us to cool off and fuel up for some more shopping. Once our bellies were full, we went back to shopping. Thankfully we were able to find some good shoes for the kiddos (and I even got myself a pair as well).

After crossing off a lot of the items on my shopping list, it was time to relax and enjoy the evening with some family fun. First on our list was watching La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil. The show was incredible! If you have not yet seen it, hurry up and get your tickets because its final Disney Springs Performance is this December.

The fun didn’t stop there. We then headed on over to Splitsville, known for their food, for dinner and bowling. While I ended up in last place, I was able to get a Spare during the game so I consider it a good game.

All in all it was a fun day…who would have guessed that shopping with the family could be so fun?

With all that there is to do at Disney Springs, a fun day out with the family while getting what you need is possible.
