Given our love for Marvel, I was over the moon when I was invited to attend a Marvel Universe LIVE! My Behind the Scenes Experience at Feld Entertainment Headquarters. I don’t even think I got through the whole email before accepting, I just knew I wanted to be a part of it. After the fun day I had, I am so glad that I was able to participate.
Not only was I able to see a full dress rehearsal of Marvel Universe LIVE! (which was great), we actually got to interview some of the performers and try out some of the things they do for the show while embarrassing myself in the process .

While it was jam packed with fun, these experiences were the highlight of my day.
Shield yourself, super hero style
Practicing for this involved me doing a move and then apologizing (which Black Widow would never have done) and then ended the performance with a touch of spirit fingers. Needless to say, I won’t be quitting my day job anytime soon. You can see me in action below.
Thor hammer station activation
Removing Thor’s hammer wasn’t as easy I had thought (even though I knew I was worthy) because it is heavier than it seems.
Take flight as Wasp with aerial performers and Flight Director
Because the performers are so talented they make it look easy but that takes talent that I don’t seem to have. Either way, I gave it a shot and while I in no way look graceful, I had fun doing it…and that’s all that matters.
Costumes
All the costumes are made there at the Feld headquarters. I tried on Yondu’s jacket and I think I look pretty good in it, if I do say so myself…and I do, LOL.
