While I was at BJ’s doing some shopping, I went by the bakery section (who doesn’t) and I noticed this gigantic cupcake, The Happy Birthday Colossal Cupcake. In addition to being huge, it also looked cute and yummy. It’s a vanilla cake mixed with rainbow sprinkles, filled and frosted with vanilla buttercream and topped with rainbow sprinkles.
Right next to it was 3 signature size cupcakes with a red velvet, cookies & cream and peanut butter cup cupcake (pictured below).
They also have Cinnamon Crumb Cakes (bite sized crumb cakes with a cinnamon streusel topping made with real cinnamon and cream cheese)
After I put the 3 signature size cupcakes in my cart, I went to a near by frozen section and noticed they also had ice cream cupcakes (peanut butter cups and red velvet)
The even have a cookie dough ice cream cake – which I actually want to get for my daughter on her birthday because she loves cookie dough ice cream.
Want to go traditional? They have the happy birthday cake ice cream cake. Don’t worry they also have a peanut butter cup with chocolate cake ice cream cake.
With all of the options, deciding on what to take home for dessert was tough but I decided to hold off on the frozen goodie and save them for an actual get together. So I purchased my cupcakes and surprised my family at dessert time.
My hubby and daughter were extremely excited about dessert and to make it fair, they each got a piece of each that way they could try each one. As you can tell from the smile on their faces, they loved it!

They are so delicious…as a diabetic I have to stay away from sweets/baked goods but I purchase them for my family from time to time.

Oh My Goodness! You Just Made me Completely Hungry for Something from a Bakery! I have Never heard of Crumbs Bake Shop Products; I have Never Even heard of BJ’s! I Live in N.C. so I don’t know if we have a BJ! I don’t even think we have a Decent Bakery; it’s So Not Fair! That Massive Cupcake Looked So Good I could eat it in a Matter of minutes! Yum!! I haven’t had ice cream cake in a long while I would definitely order that. I have never been to a BJ’s, I don’t think there are any locations near us, perhaps we can have some treats shipped to us. Thank you for sharing this post, it makes me want to run out and get some chocolate chip ice cream cake.
