Have you ever laughed so hard that you have felt like you were going to pee your pants? I know I have.

Have You Ever Laughed So Hard

When my family and I get together we have fun. Considering all the ragging we do on one another (more them than me, of course) there tends to be a lot of laughter.

I love a good laugh but a great laugh is even better. Laughs that make you cry, make your stomach hurt and the ones that make your mouth hurt when you smile are really the best kind of laughs. Have you ever experienced one of those laughs?

Thankfully, when I have experienced them I was able to hold the pee in (although after having kids that seems harder to do) but not everyone has that same capability. Some of my family members actually deal with light bladder leakage (LBL) when they do things like laugh too hard, sneeze or even cough. Having to deal with that must be difficult, considering that laughter, sneezing and coughing are things that can’t be avoided and can happen at any time and anywhere.

Apparently, LBL is quite common amongst women. Thankfully, there are certain precautions that can and should be done just in case an LBL incident occurs, like wearing a liner.
