What You Need:
- coffee filters
- bingo daubers
- scissors
Note: you can also use markers & alcohol but the Lil Divas like the bingo daubers
What To Do:
1. Cut out a shamrock shape from the coffee filter by cutting hearts
2. Fold as seen in the photos below
- Fold in half hot dog style
- Fold in half again hamburger style
- Fold in half again so it looks like a cone
3. Make a pattern
Tip: Cover both sides completely & really let it soak through all layers for best results.
