Evangeline Lilly was all smiles as she walked into the interview room. Having seen Ant-Man and the Wasp and just how awesome her character, Hope van Dyne / The Wasp was, I was all smiles as well. I have said it before, but it is worth repeating, Evangeline is fierce (in person and as “the Wasp”). I can’t wait for you to see her in this role!

- Her partner is the stay-at-home dad in their relationship, she’s the bread winner.
- Growing up she used to fantasize about being Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman.
- Working with Michelle Pfeiffer was a dream for her. “…She’s perfect, like, there’s no flaws. She’s nice. She’s generous. She’s smart. She’s funny. She’s intelligent. She’s considerate. She’s talented, and of course, she is the hottest sixty-something or however old she is you’re ever gonna meet. And so playing her daughter was an incredible honor…”
Fun Fact: Having all of the women in the MCU in a movie together is just a rumor, but Evangeline would love for it to happen.
- Getting the chance to work with Michael Douglas in more depth this time around was something she was really excited about. “…He’s so good.
