The last time we went to Monster Jam we really enjoyed it (you can click on the link to read about it). So when I saw there would be another Monster Jam event right down the street from us, I wanted our family to experience it again.

Needless to say, when the day of the Monster Jam finally arrived we were all excited.
Of course I wanted the kids to wear Monster Jam shirts. Thankfully we had saved the ones from last time (which we bought at Walmart). The only thing missing was the kids ear protectors. I had no idea where they were (since I haven’t done all my unpacking yet) so I went out and bought a pair for our daughter because she has sensitive ears. My husband, son and I were fine with the ear plugs. T-shirts…check! ear protectors…check! Now we were ready for Monster Jam!

Once Monster Jam began we were all really into it. After all big trucks are racing, doing wheelies, soaring up into the air…who wouldn’t get into it?

At one point it was girls versus boys when it came to who we were rooting for…we were a house divided yet again (it happened at the last Monster Jam we went too as well).
The girls were rooting for Monster Mutt and the boys were rooting for Max D.

Just like last last time, my favorite round is the Freestyle round because they get to do what they want and it involves them crushing cars and vans with their monster truck.
Before the last round, BMX riders came out and did stunts in the air that were really cool (but also a little nerve wracking) to watch.
Once again my family and I had a great time at Monster Jam and I look forward to the next time they are in town. You can check and see if Monster Jam is coming to a town near you (click on the link).

Disclosure: My family and I were provided tickets to Monster Jam in order to facilitate my review. ALL opinions are my own.

I only have two girls, but if I did had a boy I am sure they would love this!
My boys would love this!!! I have to take them to this when it comes around by us.
It looks like you all had a great time! I love the big pink ear protectors. 🙂
The appeal of that is undeniable, I admit it. I’m glad there’s ear protection though. I can only imagine how loud that is!
I probably would not have thought to ever buy tickets to this type of show, but we also went because we got a blog review offer. And have since been again.
I knew my son would love it, I did not know how much I would like it as well, this is one extremely exciting show! I am grateful for my blog so that i can get these great experiences that I otherwise would not think to engage in.
thanks for sharing!
