4th of July is tomorrow and if you are planning to celebrate it, here are some ways you can do without breaking the bank.
If you are hosting a 4th of July party at your house…
#1. Keep the menu simple
- A picnic style menu is usually inexpensive (Hot dogs, burgers, chips are usually on sale)
- Skip the individual juice boxes, sodas and water and buy the larger containers.
#2. Keep your guest list small and ask that everyone contribute an item.

#3. Don’t go overboard on the decorations and try to use things you already own. If you have to buy something, try the dollar store 1st.
*When you are done with the decorations try to save what you can so that you don’t have to buy anything or as much next year.
If you want to get out of the house….
#1. Do some research and see what venues are offering FREE fireworks and activities for your family.
#2. Watch your speed for better mileage and to avoid traffic tickets which can also be expensive.
