Are you a General Hospital Fan? If so, you’ll either love what I’m about to share or hate me because of it.
While I was in LA this past March not only did I get to hang out with the Mom’s of ABC, visit the set of Grey’s Anatomy & The Middle, I also visited the set of General Hospital. It was really cool being on set!
We started our tour with checking out various infamous props that have been used in the show. Do you recognize any of these?
Finola Hughes (Anna Devane) as well as Dominic Zamprogna (Dante Falconeri) dropped by to say HI while we looking at the props.
After checking out the props, we headed on upstairs to check out the sets.
As we posed for a group pic inside the lobby of General Hospital, William DeVry (Julian Jerome) stopped by for a picture with us.
They let us play around in one of their sets. I was playing Doctor with Deanna (gotta fake it til you make it right?). Based on her reaction, I apparently gave her some disturbing news.
While I was pretending to be a doctor, Emme Rylan (Lulu Spencer Falconeri) stopped by and asked if she could do it. Of course she could! We reacted as pictured below when she told us that Kassandra was expecting Alien babies which is why I had the reaction I did.
Did you know that General Hospital celebrated its golden anniversary (the big 50) on April 1, 2013? It’s hard to believe that it has been around that long! The amazing thing is that it continues to thrive and delight viewers everyday on ABC (2:00- 3:00 p.m., ET)

About this year’s Nurses Ball…
Port Charles will once again hold the iconic Nurses Ball gala, a fundraiser for HIV and AIDS awareness and research. As the Nurses Ball 2014 begins, several popular Port Charles residents will be noticeably absent from the Red Carpet and stuck at home watching the festivities on TV. Old and new loves will percolate while others find themselves in awkward situations. Amidst all the romantic drama, the never-dull Nurses Ball audience will be entertained with fun performances and sexy surprises.

I’ve been watching General Hospital since long before Luke and Laura got married. I am going to LA for the first time, I’m 55 years old and I would love to see the set. Do you know how I can arrange that?
