While I have been to Epcot in the past, I have never been there to experience the Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival.
Thankfully, I had the chance to see their amazing locally grown Topiaries all throughout the park while I was there this past Friday during my Monkey Kingdom press trip.
There are over 100 topiary displays, gardens and exhibits for your and your family to enjoy now through May 17th. Be on the lookout for some of my favorites…
Anna and Elsa (Located at World Showcase Plaza)
Disney•Pixar’s Mike Wazowski and Sulley (Located at Disney•Pixar’s Mike & Sulley’s Monstrous Garden)
Peter Pan, Captain Hook & Tick Toc Crock (Located at the United Kingdom Pavilion)
Belle and Beast (Located at the France Pavilion)
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Located at the Germany Pavilion)
Simba and Friends (Located at The Outpost between the Germany and China Pavilion)
The other cool part about the Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival is the food!!! They have various outdoor kitchens with spring-inspired dishes, Urban Farm Eats and more for you to indulge in. Such as…
“Piggylicious” Bacon Cupcake w/ Maple Frosting & Pretzel Crunch
Candied Strawberries from China
Plus, they also have a freshly picked music at the Garden Rocks™ Concert Series you can rock out to (or maybe jam to instead). While I was there Jon Secada was performing.
You can also go to the Festival Center for some indoor activities such as insect encounters, shopping, and live demonstrations.
While I am not a garden/plant person (they have a very low survival rate with me), I really enjoyed the Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival and I think your family would as well.
