I was looking forward to taking my kiddos to see Disney on Ice: Dare to Dream not only because I love Disney and ice skating but also because we have enjoyed the shows we have seen in the past. In Disney On Ice: Dare to Dream, we were able the stories of 3 princesses that were daring enough to dream. You may have heard of them, Tiana, Cinderella & Rapunzel.
- The Princess and the Frog: Tiana has big dreams, she just needs her big break which she thinks she’s going to get when she kisses Prince Naveen as a frog. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work out the ay she expected and she is turned into a frog. They set out on a magical course that brings them to a place of self discovery and Love.
- Cinderella: Cinderella meets her Prince Charming but is forced to leave him behind before the clock strikes 12, with a glass slipper fit for an unforgettable fantasy come true.
- Tangled: Rapunzel, Flynn and Maximus embark on an amazing adventure to see the festival of lights and it leads to an amazing discovery and love.
We loved seeing some of our favorite Disney movies told through a story on ice. I loved seeing how they were able to tell the story in such little time. My personal favorite was Tangled. They did some really great stunts and it was so beautiful. As always my kiddos loved it! So much so that my son was so worried about it ending that every time one story was finished and everyone clapped, he’d ask if it was done….LOL!
