Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3, Viva La Fiesta has been unleashed on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and a Digital Copy and our Kiddos have enjoyed watching it…repeatedly. What’s not to love about adorable puppies that can talk? Your favorite talking Chihuahuas are back and this time with some Hispanic Flavor. Papi and Chloe along with their 5 pups Rosa, Pep, Lala, Papi Jr. and Ali move into a fancy hotel in Beverly Hills and that’s where things get interesting.
Ever the family man dog, Papi tries to make sure his wife and all his kids, especially Rosa, are doing well in this new environment when he becomes suspicious of foul play from the hotel employees. Juggling it all is not easy. This is a cute film that the entire family can enjoy together.
I love how much Papi (which happens to mean “father” in English) loves his pups and enjoys being an active part of their lives. It is evident in all that he does throughout the movie especially when he plans a Quincenera for Rosa. As a Hispanic, I love how they incorporated that special tradition into the film. My daughter has already started asking about whether not she will be having one and of course she will be. I guess I should start saving up for it now…LOL
