Although I believe in Responsible Drinking (I would normally have used all Capital Letters to emphasize “Responsible Drinking” but I didn’t want to “Yell” just in case you have a hangover headache…LOL), I know that on some occasions, such as New Years Eve, some people may have drank much more than they normally would have. If that is the case, I only hope that you did not drive (because there is no excuse for that!).
So, if you drank way too much and are suffering this morning, you may want to try these Top 6 Hangover Cures:
- Drink plenty of fluids, especially water because alcohol dehydrates you. You can also try Fruit Juice & Coconut Juice.
- You should also drink a sports drink like Gatorade or Powerade.
- Eat Watermelon, Ginger, Eggs, Bananas, Soup, Sardines.
- Sleep it off.
- Try a cold compress with an ice pack or cool washcloth instead of taking a pain killer (which can magnify any medicine side effects).
- Exercise because it will help accelerate your body’s ability to flush the alcohol out of your system.
