I still can not believe that I was on the Roseanne Set!!!
Having watched the show growing up, I was really excited to hear that they were recreating the show but never did I think that I would be on the actual Roseanne set.
Seeing the infamous couch was crazy.
The best part about the couch while I was on set, was sitting there for a picture with some of its cast.
Fun fact: While the couch isn’t the original the blanket that you see on top of it is.
I love all the details that make it a home.
There is a lot of history with Roseanne and its cast over the years, so I was happy to see that displayed throughout the set.
It truly felt like a home and all the clutter made me feel a little better about the clutter in my home.
As you can tell I made myself right at home of the Roseanne Set!
I made myself comfortable on their couch.
Being super excited works up an appetite so, I assumed I had refrigerator rights.
*Fun fact: This is the only set appliance that is new because the audience would find it believable that they would have replaced it during those years.
I sat down with friends at their kitchen table and chatted for a bit. OK, we mostly posed for this photo but I do recall a brief conversation about how we couldn’t believe we were sitting around this table on the set of Roseanne.
I went for a ride on their stair escalator chair or at least I pretended to do it. I didn’t want to get kicked off the Roseanne set so I had to behave myself.
I pretended to make a phone call using their land line phone because I didn’t think phones like this still existed, LOL.
Ok, I also snooped through their medicines. Not that I know anything about medicines but if I did, I would have had the inside scoop about their medical issues.
Just so you don’t think I was a bad house guest, I also washed some dishes.
Be sure to catch the one hour Roseanne premiere event tonight, March 27, 2018 on ABC at 8/7C. I will be tuning in, will you?
