The Marvels Parents Guide – Movie Review

What’s it rated?

The Marvels is rated PG-13 for action, violence, and brief language which means some content may not be suitable for kids under 13 years old.

Run time:

1 hour and 45 minutes,

Does it have any bad words?

Unfortunately, there are a few bad words in the movie, but I have come to expect that from Marvel films. Thankfully it was on the milder side. Expect to hear sh*t, d*mn, and hell.

Violence

Given that it is a superhero movie, there is violence but nothing so bad that it will scare the kids. Although they may not like the Flerken given that they have tentacles and eat people (but if they saw Captain Marvel, they have already seen that). Oddly enough I didn’t find it too bad, I actually laughed while it happened, and while that sounds mean, you will better understand why once you see the movie.

Mature Content

The Marvels deals with loss, grief and family.
