Cinnamon Roll are such a big part of our Holiday Traditions. We eat them after decorating our Christmas Tree and eat them while we are opening Christmas gift. We even make them for breakfast when one of us has a birthday. You can say, we really like them! That being said, it is fun to spice things up while still maintaining the traditions we have come to love over the years, so this year we’ll be doing this yummy cinnamon roll casserole recipe.

Not only this Cinnamon Roll Casserole Recipe super delicious but also very easy to make! Plus, it doesn’t take too long to make (and prepare) which is great, especially during the busy holiday season. I also love that you can make this recipe anytime and not just during the Holidays.

Cinnamon Roll Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Cinnamon Rolls 
  • Icing (included in the package)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cooking Spray 
  • 1/4 cup pf milk 
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla 
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cut up the cinnamon rolls into little pieces and place them in a baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, milk & cinnamon.
  5. Pour mixture over cinnamon rolls and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and frost with icing. 
  7. Serve while warm & enjoy.
