While at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort we got to enjoy their Character Breakfast featuring the main characters from the Nickelodeon show, Sponge Bob Square Pants. This wasn’t the first time we had opted for the character breakfast, the last time we stayed at the Nickelodeon Suites Resort we went to the breakfast but the show featured characters from different Nickelodeon shows but this time they had a whole new show and new costumes.
At the character breakfast you and your family will enjoy a buffet breakfast, all your drinks are included, there is a “show” every half hour and once the show is done each character makes their way around the restaurant so that your kiddos can meet them and also take pictures with them.
If you’re there for the food, you won’t be disappointed. You get to chow down on scrambled eggs, an omlette station, pancakes, sponge bob square pants waffles, french toast sticks, breakfast potatoes, corned beef hash, fruits, cereals, crossants and danishes, donut holes, pudding and a ton of other goodies. While I was getting my 2nd omlette (yes, I went up twice and yes I tend to over eat at buffets), I looked over and saw that my husband who is 6’6 and pretty shy had been selected to learn and perform the hula dance in front of everyone. Did I mention he is shy? So, I raced back (with my 2nd omlette) to take it all in and enjoy the show. They gave him a pink grass skirt to wear but it didn’t fit him and although he thought he’d be off the hook he was wrong and they still had him do the dance. Being the supportive wife that I am, I got it all on video and am sharing it with you all
Seeing my hubby up there made my son laugh and created a really cool memory for us. I love my hubby!!!
