This Florida Prepaid Discount Code post is sponsored by the Florida Prepaid College Board, through my role as a Believer Blogger. However, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

I am not sure where January went but given how fast it flew by, it served as a reminder of just how quickly time passes. The same can be said for seeing how much my kids have grown up (despite me specifically telling them not to). It feels like I blinked and my daughter somehow became a pre-teen who will be off to college sooner than I am prepared for. While we can’t prepare for the feelings that go along with our child(ren) heading off to college, we can prepare for the financial aspect of it all which seems to be getting more expensive each year.

It’s easy to do with Florida Prepaid and the time is now because open enrollment has officially started. Did you know that Florida Prepaid is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year! That’s right, Florida Prepaid is the largest and longest-running prepaid program in the nation, thriving even as other states end their programs or stop accepting new participants.

Here’s what else you need to know…

  • Open Enrollment lasts through April 30th.
  • Florida Prepaid College Plans start at just $47 a month, and prices remain unchanged from last year – keeping college savings affordable for families.
  • This year, for the first 30 days of Open Enrollment (through March 2, 2019), the application fee of $50 will be completely waived in honor of the 30th anniversary, simply use the code FUN19

Are you financially prepared for your child’s college education? If so, great! If not, it’s not too late. If you are ready to get started or want to learn more? Check out their website here…and don’t forget to use the Florida Prepaid Discount Code FUN19 to have your application fee waived!

If only we could find a way to keep our babies little forever…well, not too little to not be able to do things for themselves. Am I right?
