Chevrolet Trax: A Small SUV That Packs a Big Punch

I was provided with a 2018 Chevy Trax to try for a week. All opinions are my own.

If you’re dreaming of the space capabilities of an SUV but require something a little more compact, then the 2018 Chevrolet Trax might be just what you need. This small SUV has been designed to maximize every inch of space while remaining agile enough for city driving and fitting into tight parking spots; essentially combining the best of both worlds between a traditional SUV and more compact vehicles. As we packed our bags for a week at Disney, I was happy that not only did my family fit comfortably but that we were able to fit what seemed to be like 10 duffel bags worth of luggage into the trunk and we didn’t spend a ton of money on gas to get to and from.

In addition, MyLink provides other must-haves like GPS navigation options and a 5 year basic OnStar plan.

• Under The Hood: The 2018 Trax AWD comes loaded with an Ecotec Turbo 1.4L 4-cylinder engine, 10 total air bags and StabiliTrak, a stability control system to help the driver maintain control in emergency situations and in bad conditions such as snow and ice.
