When I saw the previews for The Art of Racing in the Rain, I knew it would tug on my heart strings. After all, it is a story about a cute dog. So, when I was invited to attend the screening for the film, I wasn’t going to go through this emotional roller coaster by myself, so I invited 3 of my favorite ladies to join me. I knew that they would want to see the movie, especially because two of them are dog owners but I had no idea the 2 that have dogs would cry as much as they did, LOL.

The film follows Denny and the loves of his life – his wife, Eve (Amanda Seyfried), their young daughter Zoe (Ryan Kiera Armstrong), and ultimately, his true best friend, Enzo.
