As a couponer, I have spent a lot of time shopping at Walgreens, so much so that they know me by name there. Well, it helps that I have a Walgreens on the corner of the nearby shopping center…After all Walgreens is “At the Corner of Happy and Healthy” (En La Esquina de la Felicidad Y la Salud).
It had been a while since I had been shopping at Walgreens but I wanted to check out (and buy) some of the Balance® Rewards Program Items that were on sale this week, so I got my shopping list together and cut the corresponding coupons. In this shopping trip, I’d be getting FREE Razors, FREE Fat Burner Pills, FREE Poise Liners, Toilet paper, Deodorant, packing Tape and Easter Candy.

While prepping I discovered that I had 2 Balance® Rewards Cards, so I called and and the merged my accounts and updated all my info. (It was super easy to do). Since I was on a roll, I also went ahead and downloaded the Walgreens App that allows me to see the deals, access my Balance® Rewards Program, do prescription refills, photo editing and more.
Not only can you see what products are on sale and which products qualify for the Balance® Rewards Program in their weekly ad but you’ll also be able to spot them throughout the store with their blue tags.
Check out what I was able to get for $24.18

As a stay-at-home mom, I do what I can to save as much as possible so that my hubby’s income can stretch as far as possible. That’s why I like the Balance® Rewards Program. It allows you to purchase specific items at a lower price and earn a certain number of points that you can later redeem. The more points you earn, the greater the reward.
Did you know that Walgreens is now accepting Express Scripts from February 3-May 31, 2013. All you have to do is transfer your prescription over to Walgreens and you’ll get a $25 Walgreens Gift Card for every prescription you transfer.
Don’t forget you can stay connected to Walgreens on their website, twitter or on Facebook, who knows what goodies they’ll offer!
